Engagement Session | E-Session on a Farm | Cedartown Photographer

When Jill contacted me it was a bitter sweet call because we realized I was already booked for her wedding date, but she still wanted me to shoot her engagement photos!!! And BOY am I ONE lucky photographer! I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful couple and a more beautiful location. Every time we looked from one spot to the next I was going nuts with ideas!! And after almost two hours of begging them to change their wedding date, alas we had to wrap it up and call it a night. We shot till it was practically dark and I'm SUPER thrilled with their photos! I'm extremely jealous that I don't get to shoot their wedding, but at least I got the honor of taking their engagement photos!!! :D

I was SUPER excited to shoot another wedding at Hightower Falls this month and I was SO impressed with their new reception hall! I've shot tons of weddings here and always loved it, and now this place has it all with the waterfall, grist mill, and the amazing, new reception hall! Great job Joy and Hightower Falls!!!!

Engagement Photography | Douglasville, GA Wedding Photographer

Engagement photos are so fun  to shoot, especially when I get to work with super fun and relaxed couples like Ashleigh and Chad!  Their session went so smoothly and went by SO quickly because we were having so much fun!  My daughter, Hannah, was my assistant and was completely distracted by the goat that was following us around for half the session. There was a time or two I was worried about being bucked, but it was all good!  I'm SUPER excited about their wedding at Le Jardin Blanc in Douglasville this fall!!! :D

 

 

 

 

Engagement Session | Rome, GA Engagement Photos

I was SO flattered that Taylor asked me to shoot her engagment photos!  She and Cody were such a great couple to work with and SUPER easy to shoot! I swear, the entire hour was like an Abercrombie ad!  I loved it! I was especially excited to check out the new venue Burk Farm in Rome.  It's super cute and I just LUUUUUVED the lights in the reception hall! I can't wait to shoot a wedding there!!! :D

Meeting Chris and Kayla was so funny because Chris is my FedEx guy! HAhAHAH! He makes trips up to the house all the time and when he got engaged he waited at the door one day and asked me about photography! We met and boom! They booked me! But that's not the best part!  They told me their wedding was a Gangster Themed Wedding at Hightower Falls!! I was SOOOO excited!  The suits, hats, guns and that car! What photographer wouldn't be super pumped... and I was!!!!
