When I got the call that Julia Roberts wanted ME to shoot her wedding I was SUPER excited! Especially when I got to meet her and find out that she is super sweet and beautiful just like the actress! HAHA!  Julia, not from Hollywood, and Doug were married at Muse Farm in Bremen.  The couple was simply lovely and the wedding was beautiful.  But I have to say  after almost 150 weddings, it's the first complete rainout I've ever had!!!  Lucky for me Julia and Doug were brave enough to go out in the rain a few times to get some epic photos!!! :D

Words can't express how amazing Kelley McIntosh Garner is!   After I shot her wedding and saw what an incredible job she did styling her own wedding and how organized and fabulous it was I had to hire her to be the stylist for all of my photo shoots and she has been absolutley amazing!!   Dependable, proffessional, creative, and just a joy to work with in every way!  I thought it would be appropriate to create a Stylist post just to show off Kelley's work.  Not only to let brides know that if you want to have an ah-mazing look for your wedding you must hire her as your stylist... But also just to give her a "Holla!!!"

My only Saturday off in May and guess where I went!?!  A wedding!! :D  After 7 years and almost 150 weddings I attended my FIRST wedding as a guest! My neighbor was getting married at The McGarity House.  It was a sweet wedding, but really strange not to be taking the pictures!!! :D

Allison contacted me almost a year and a half ago to book her wedding! I think she may have set a record! Haha! In the meantime I've seen her on several occasions like my Paris Mountain Anniversary party, my model search, and my Amateur Photography class, and a couple of weddings of her friends that I shot!  So basically we've been keeping in touch plenty over the last year and a half!  So on the day of HER wedding we were like BFFs!   HAAHAHAAH!  It was such a great wedding.  Everyone was super nice and I kept gushing over Allison and how beautiful she is!  I was going nuts clicking away!   Two of my favorite things were the awesome choreographed dances during the reception. It was SO much fun!  And it was supposed to rain all day.... but the rain held out till after the reception was over. It was a simply perfect day for a perfect wedding!!!!
