A Spot of Tea!
The best part of shooting a wedding on a Friday is that I can spend the day with my girls on Saturday!! We went to Tea Leaves and Thyme, got all dolled up for a spot of afternoon tea!! Acutally it was more like brunch and hot chocolate, but it sounds good! :D We had a wonderful time and even though the cucumber sandwiches were not a hit and there were a couple of spills, it was a great girls' day out!!!

Biltmore Ballrooms Atlanta Wedding Photographer
You have good days and bad days... and this was a great day!!!! Chateau Elan Weddings used two of my photos for their FB profile pic and cover photos! Then Biltmore Ballrooms contacted me to inform me that I've been added to their preferred vendor list!!! WOW!! It's a huge HUGE honor considering some of the super talented photographers that are already on there! I'm so blessed and super excited about working there again!!! What a great day!!! :D

Jena + Colby's special day! | Chateau Elan Wedding Photographer
I'm always excited to have the opportunity to shoot a wedding at Chateau Elan Resort and Spa! The winery is just superb and lucky for us, Jena and Colby's wedding was the perfect time of year! The vines were full of beautiful green grapes, but not to late that they were covered with nets! :D Everyone was so cheerful and energetic all day! And what an awesome reception with Party Nation!! I was scheduled to leave around 10p, but I hated to because we were all having SO much fun! Seriously people, if you can, get a band!!!! DJ's are great, but a band can really amp up your reception! Lastly, I got to work with one of my favorite wedding planners, Kim with Events by Kimberly Jan. I'm such a lucky girl to get to do what I love, with people that I love, and photograph....LOVE!!!!!

Blueberrry Picking with the girls
It was the perfect evening to pick ripe, sweet, blueberries with the girls today! The sun was shining, but the air was cool, the birds were singning and I hear a little squeaky voice say, "Here Pugly! Do you want to eat a blueberry?" This is the life!!!

Engagement Session | Looking for a wedding photographer in Atlanta
Brittany finall came to me to shoot her wedding this fall! I remember meeting her soooo many years ago at her friend's wedding and just about every friend's wedding since. We'll now it's her turn!!! The first time I was told about pinterest I was interested, but not sure if I wanted to get sucked into pinning photos all over the web. I'm easliy distracted by pretty things and I could spend hours on there...so I fought it for a while, but finally gave in! I love pinterest!!! The only thing is, everything on there looks so much easier than it really is! :D
