My favorite holiday!!! :D I'm just so happy now I have children so I can enjoy it without any guilt! :D

Mini Session

Sometimes 20 minutes is all you need!  We shot this mini session in Hiram and this little one was as active as a honey bee! She was so sweet and cheerful, and did not like to sit still.  Which was fine with me.  We got so many adorable action shots of her in our session that were so natural and not posed.  I love that!  Sometimes children get tired and cranky after about 45 minutes, so sometimes a quick 20 muinute mini session is perfect! 

 

 

Allisons | Family Portraits, Rome, GA

I was so lucky to get to Shoot the Allison's wedding two years ago!  Now I get to see them every year for family photos! How lucky am I!!! :D This time was expecially cool to me.  I e-mailed Sandy about her sneak peek photos and she's on vacation. I got a note back from her saying she loves them, and she's viewing them on her phone on the very same porch at the beach she viewed her wedding sneak peeks two years before!  How awesome!  I just love how things work like that! :D

The Wilson Family! | Family Portraits Dallas, GA

I was so excited to meet Alma and her family! She was so enthusiastic when she booked her session with me and was one of the first to get me all the paperwork. I love clients like Alma! :D  Their family was SO easy to work with too!  All of the kids smiled right on cue and no fussing even from the baby! :D It was a beautiful session and I can't wait to work with Alma and her beautiful family again someday!

Allison and I have been friends for a few years so I was SUPER excited when I finally got to take photos of her beautiful daughters!  I have to say, this was probably the easiest photo session I've ever done.  The girls were so cooperative and easy going. They listened to every direction I gave them.  For real, these girls should be models someday! :D

 

 

One Shot Wonder For Your Weekend! | Mesa Falls, Idaho

We visited Mesa Falls in Idaho this summer. It's off the beaten path, but SO worth it and was probably our favorite waterfall of the entire trip! I just heard from someone the other day that just a few years ago someone was taking a photo of the falls and fell off the cliff and died! It's strange to hear something so devastating can happen when you're enjoying such a magical place!

I can't even remember the first time I shot Rachel's family pictures.  It's SO wonderful to see her and the kids every year and see how much they've grown. They may not remember me from year to year, but I sure do remember them! :D  These two are just adorable and so easy to work with. My favorite thing about them is they really love each other. I have three daughtes that fight and argue all the time. It was SO cute to see how these two darlings hugged and kissed on each other! Hope it stays that way a long long time! :D

Cinthia found me one day for a last minute mini session only about a year or two ago. She said she was really into pictures! Boy did she mean it! We've done  at leas a half dozen photo shoots together already and I just love working with her and her family. I just shot her wedding and now we're gearing up for Christmas Pictures!! :D  I was so excited when the kids all showed up in these adorable pajamas!  They are such great kids, and also great sports for dealing with us mommies who love pictures so much!! :D  Can't wait till the next one Cinthia!

The Clark Family | Rockmart, GA Photographer, Family Portraits Atlanta

Returning clients are simply my favorite! I've been shooting the Clark's for three years and seen their sweet family grow!  Every time I work with them we pick new locations and we just got lucky this time with the sunrise and lighting!  They have such a wonderful family and I truly love working with them! And those little kiddoes are going to be so beautiful and handsome when they grow up!!! :D
