The McCray Family | Family Portraits Cedartown, GA

Cutest kid EV-ER!!!! I was blessed with three little girls and they all were cute little bundles of joy, but OMG!  Look at this little precious baby!!! I was lucky enough to get to shoot the McCray's wedding almost 2 years ago, so I was thrilled to shoot their family session this fall!  And those cheeks! Look at those cheeks!!! :D  Even my girls stopped at my computer and squealed at his super cuteness while I was editing!!!!  I hope I get to take many more years of family photos with the McCrays.... and I hope he never looses that baby fat!!!!

 

Walker! | Children's Portraits Paulding County, GA

Another faithful family asked me to shoot their photos every year after I shot their wedding! I just love catching up with them! And little walker is SO adorable. I love that he has the brooding look.... like Ian Ziering from 90210!  She says he doesn't smile much... so I guess he's going to be that strong silent type like his daddy! :D  Either way, he takes great photos!!!!

 

Ali + Kam got hitched!!! | Rockmart, GA wedding photographer

Ali was SUPER sweet ever since the first time we met!  She actually had scheduled her wedding around MY availability, and she reminded me of that when we were f-f-f-freezing taking her photos that I wasn't available in October when she wanted to book me! :D  HAHA!  But I'm SO glad she made the sacrifice to have her wedding in November so I could work with her and her wonderful family!!!  I have a couple of favorite things from her wedding. The first is her ADORABLE baby Knox! He was just the cutest little boy in that tux and not a peep from him all day... and of course I fell in love with him becase he constantlly smiled at me!!! :D The second favorite thing was the food!!! It was delicious!  They had a Thanksgiving themed dinner and every bit of it was scrumptious!!!  I also got to work with some of my favorite people, JD and LeAnne who did the photo booth and DJ!  It was such a wonderful day!!!!!!

One Shot Wonder For Your Weekend

This is really a One Shot Wonder because it's a wonder why the girls listened to their crazy photographer who asked them to throw their bouquets before the wedding!!! A little flower broke out of most of them and three flowers off the brides bouquet!!! After a little bit of embarassing surgery, and lots of apologies I got the seal of approval from Gail Williams of A Perfect Wedding Floral Design and no one could tell!  WHEW! Won't be shooting this one ever again!!!! :D  HAhaha!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

Fall is my favorite time of year and Thanksgiving is so special to me now that I have children of my own.  I've always loved the holidays, but when you have a family, it's SO much more meaningful!  I especially love to do simple/fun crafts with my kids. Brooke and I picked fall leaves a couple of weeks ago and pressed them. Then Hannah and I made this banner and hung it over the fireplace!  It brings me SO much joy to have such a wonderful family and THAT, along with so so SO many other blessings the Lord has given me, is what I'm most thankful for!  HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

 

 

E-Session | Engagement Portrait Photogrrapher Cobb County, GA

You know when you know someone who knows someone who knows someone??? I feel like this is how I met Amy and Owen.  Actually I go to church with Owens longtime friend, so when they called me to shoot their engagemen portraits I was very excited to meet them for the first time!  Brad also came along to shoot some video which made me kind of nervous because I was in some of the shots!  I'm NOT a shy person in the least bit, but video just isn't very flattering. But despite MY insecurities, we got some awesome shots of Amy and Owen!!! :D
